Inequalities in Health and Social Care is an important theme and one of the reasons for the changes taking place emphasising a need to tackle this problem.

Aberdeen City Council state it is working on creating a new city-wide Open Data portal better than the one provided above which they aim to have in place in Q1 2017. I assume it will be similar to other "Dashboards" other "Smart Cities" have in place.

For example there is a USA paper HERE, but there is much debate out there including UK papers relating Health to implementation of the Living wage.
